A workshop on Maurice Road, Murray Bridge, doing one thing: taking the damage out of alloy and mag wheels. Cracks welded, dents worked out, buckles straightened, then the wheel refinished so the repair does not stand out.
What gets fixed here
Wheels only, which is the whole point. If you are not sure whether a damaged rim is worth saving, ring and ask before you go shopping for a replacement.
Dent removal
Dents pushed and worked back out of the rim so the wheel runs true again, then the surface brought back to match.
Crack repair
Cracked rims and split lips cut out, welded and machined back. Cracked alloys are what this workshop specialises in.
Buckles and bent rims
Bent outer rims straightened back to shape. A wheel that shakes at highway speed usually starts here.
Lip realignment
Where the lip has pulled away from the barrel, it gets realigned and fixed so a tyre can be safely fitted again.
Refinishing
Repaired wheels are finished properly, gloss black or machined face, so the repair is not the first thing you see.
Pick-up and return
Wheels collected and dropped back, so nobody has to take a day off work to get a rim sorted.
One wheel, before and after
These two photos were both put up by the same customer. The lip was hanging off the base and a tyre could not be safely fitted. It came back realigned, straight and finished gloss black.

Stripped, welded, machined, finished
Their own workshop photos tell the story: a bare rim up on the stand with fresh weld along the barrel and the machining marks still on it. The metal gets built back and cut true first. The finish goes on last.

A structurally sound wheel that still looks patched is only half a job. The wheels in these photos leave finished: gloss black barrels, machined faces, two tone.
